No, I'm not Finch from American Pie nor the Finch from the book 'To Kill A Mockingbird'. My last name became my nickname thanks to the Nebraska Jaycees.

Basically, when people hear the name Finch they think of a fun, outgoing, down to earth, fun-loving, friendly, dude that's not shy and crazy enough to do anything!

I got my start DJ'ing for a small town bar in South Dakota in which I co-owned.  I moved to Nebraska in 2001.  I now live in Bennet Nebraska.  The Nebraska Jaycees showed great interest and had me DJ all of their state and local events on a contract basis.
